PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

Breathable Film Winding Machine is an automated high-precision winding equipment specially developed for the post-processing of thin breathable film and cast film materials. The whole machine adopts a modular structure design, and the exterior consists of an integrated frame, a double-station winding arm, a servo drive system, an electric control operation panel and a safety shield. The body coating is industrial-grade anti-corrosion powder spraying, the surface cables are embedded, and the appearance is simple and neat.

Breathable Film Winding Machine adopts German SIEMENS SIMATIC high-end motion controller for centralized control, with multi-axis synchronous operation capability and high-speed real-time data processing function. The equipment can run at a maximum speed of 600m/min, and the operation response time is ≤ 0.5 seconds, ensuring that the coil is always in a stable winding state at high speed.


Efficient servo drive system

Breathable Film Winding Machine is equipped with a complete German SIEMENS servo drive system, which continuously and adaptively adjusts the unwinding tension, winding line speed, and coil diameter change. The maximum roll diameter is Φ1200mm, and the tension error is controlled within ±1.5N, which effectively ensures neat winding and consistent density.


Pre-drive mode improves roll changing efficiency

Breathable Film Winding Machine adopts the "preparatory shaft pre-drive mode". When the main reel has not completed winding, the spare reel can be rotated to the synchronous speed in advance to ensure that the roll changing time is shortened to less than 3 seconds. It effectively reduces downtime and is suitable for continuous and uninterrupted production lines.


Synchronous flexible winding method

The Breathable Film Winding Machine adopts "flexible synchronization" control during operation, and the angular velocity difference between the main reel and the spare reel is controlled within ±0.2rad/s to prevent excessive stretching or wrinkling of the material. Surface Center Winding Machine Care and Maintenance

Regular inspection of drive system

The servo motor and drive module need to be checked for operating status every month, including temperature rise monitoring, bearing lubrication and overload protection testing. It is recommended to replace the motor shaft end grease every 2000 hours to avoid response delays or torque abnormalities due to high temperature operation.


Control system software update and log record

SIEMENS SIMATIC controllers are recommended to perform data backup and firmware upgrades through authorized software every quarter to ensure stable operation of the control program. The operation log is exported once a week to analyze the roll change frequency, speed fluctuations and abnormal shutdown records to improve management efficiency.


Maintenance of pressure rollers and knives
