Film Slitters are equipped with Siemens SIMATIC motion controllers from Germany, centralized command management through integrated PLC, and a full set of SIEMENS servo drivers to achieve high-speed closed-loop control. During the operation of the equipment, automatic tension adjustment, one-button switching of recipes, and real-time error correction can be achieved to ensure cutting stability and repeatability.


Precision correction and material guiding system

Film Slitters detect film edges or printing lines in real time and automatically correct the material running path through the built-in high-sensitivity CCD correction system. The system response time is less than 0.02 seconds, and the correction accuracy is ±0.1mm, which effectively avoids slitting deviation and is particularly suitable for high-speed continuous slitting of high-demand pattern films and positioning films.


Highly adaptable winding technology

Film Slitters adopts a slip-axis low-tension winding system and supports a synchronous dual-axis independent control structure. The maximum winding diameter is Φ1000mm, and the minimum cutting width can be up to 50mm. Through the pressure difference adjustment system, it adapts to the dynamic tension requirements of different materials and thicknesses to ensure neat slitting edges and smooth winding without wrinkles.


High compatibility of multiple materials

Film Slitters can be applied to OPP, CPP, BOPP, PE, PET, PVC, NY, non-woven fabrics, paper and other materials. The maximum material width is 2500mm, and the thickness support range is from 12μm to 200μm, realizing efficient integrated slitting across industries and structures.


High-efficiency online processing configuration

Slip shaft maintenance and tension system detection

The slip shaft is a high-precision power shaft. Its internal airbag should be pressure tested every month to ensure that the tension adjustment system responds consistently and avoid material deviation or uneven winding. When the service life exceeds 20,000 meters, the sleeve clearance should be checked. If tension fluctuations or noise occur, the internal components or airbag rubber rings should be replaced.


CCD correction lens and light source cleaning

As the core component of image recognition, the CCD system is recommended to clean the lens surface regularly every week, using dust-free cloth and special optical cleaning fluid to prevent dust from interfering with image recognition. At the same time, check whether the illumination of the LED cold light source is uniform. If the brightness is reduced, it should be replaced or corrected in time.


Tool wear detection and replacement mechanism
