Automatic Slitting Machine adopts German SIEMENS high-end SIMATIC motion controller, with a full set of SIEMENS servo drives, to achieve synchronous control of the whole process of unwinding, deflection correction, slitting and rewinding. The maximum operating speed is 600m/min, and the operating error is controlled at ±0.15mm, which is suitable for scenes with extremely high requirements for slitting accuracy, such as food packaging film or pharmaceutical composite film.


CCD deflection correction system · Stable movement without deviation

Automatic Slitting Machine is equipped with an imported CCD optical guide system, which realizes automatic deflection correction based on the recognition of film material edges or printed marks. The system recognition frequency is as high as 400 times/second, and the error adjustment accuracy is ±0.1mm. Even at high speeds, it can ensure the accuracy of the substrate path and effectively prevent bevel edges and waste.


Low-tension slip rewinding · Neat roll surface without deformation

The slip shaft structure is combined with the fully automatic differential pressure control roller system, which is suitable for film materials of different thicknesses and materials, and realizes precise rewinding under constant tension. The maximum rewinding diameter can reach Φ1000mm, and the minimum slitting width is 50mm. The rewinding is flat without wrinkles or ripples, which is suitable for thin positioning films or highly transparent films.


Multi-material compatibility · Stable and highly adaptable

Compatible with OPP, CPP, PE, PET, PVC, NY, and paper materials, covering heat-sealing films, coated films, silicone-coated films, breathable films, etc. Different models can support a maximum material width of 2500mm, and can automatically adjust the slitting mode according to the material tension and thickness, truly realizing the switching of one machine and multiple material production lines.


Online trimming and recycling system · Reduce material waste

Daily cleaning of CCD correction module

The CCD guidance system has a great impact on the stability of the Automatic Slitting Machine. The lens should be wiped daily and the cleanliness of the obstruction and reflective strip should be checked. Use dust-free cloth and special optical cleaner to prevent dust from affecting the recognition signal. Check the sensor cable interface weekly for looseness.


Maintenance of differential shaft airbag system

The low-tension performance of the differential shaft depends on the internal inflation system. The air pressure value should be checked weekly (recommended 0.35~0.5MPa). If the winding end is found to be uneven, the rubber ring should be checked immediately for aging, and the sleeve, shaft head and sealing ring should be replaced regularly to maintain air tightness.


Servo system temperature control detection

The servo motor and drive module will accumulate heat when running for a long time. It is recommended to check whether the cooling fan and heat sink are normal every 300 hours of operation. The controller temperature should not exceed 65℃. If abnormal noise or frequent tripping is found, the power supply fluctuation and drive parameter setting should be checked.


Daily wear verification of tool group

Depending on the cutting frequency, the wear of round knives or flat knives is different. After running about 50,000 meters of material, the wear degree of the blade edge should be manually verified. If the blade edge is curled, broken or uneven, it needs to be replaced or re-grinded immediately to ensure the cutting accuracy.


Regular calibration of tension system

The tension system of Automatic Slitting Machine consists of multiple tension sensors. It is recommended to perform a full-line tension curve calibration once a quarter through the tension calibration module to ensure that the tension is stable from unwinding to winding, and avoid film breakage or winding wrinkles due to tension fluctuations.
