Regular maintenance of CCD image system
It is recommended to check the cleanliness of the CCD lens and whether the light guide film is scratched every 100 hours of operation, and use non-woven wipes or alcohol cotton to wipe and clean it gently to avoid image offset affecting the correction accuracy.
Servo system temperature control and fan cleaning
Every 300 hours of operation, check whether the operating temperature of the servo drive is controlled at 45~60°C. At the same time, clean the dust in the control cabinet and the cooling fan filter to prevent overheating and cause system abnormalities.
Pneumatic system pressure and seal detection
All pneumatic devices related to cutters and rollers should be checked once a week to see if the working pressure is maintained at 0.4~0.6Mpa, and the cylinder should be tested for leakage or slow response, and the aging air pipe should be replaced in time.
Tool sharpness inspection and replacement cycle
After completing about 400,000 meters of cutting, the edge wear of the circular knife or flat knife should be checked. If the cutting burrs increase or the cut is offset, the tool should be replaced immediately to ensure the flatness of the end face and the material is not damaged.
