High Speed Slitting Machine is an automated equipment specially used for efficient slitting of plastic film, composite film and non-woven materials. Its structure consists of a loading and unwinding unit, a deviation correction control module, a pneumatic circular knife/flat knife cutting assembly, a slip axis winding system, an automatic pressure difference control roller, a tension detection dancing roller and a central control system.

1. Central control system: high response and high stability

The control platform of High Speed Slitting Machine adopts the German Siemens SIMATIC motion controller and integrates a full set of SIEMENS servo drivers to achieve precise synchronization of the whole process of unwinding-deviation correction-cutting-winding. The response cycle is less than 5ms, ensuring that the equipment still maintains process stability and low error operation at a speed of 600m/min.


2. Intelligent deviation correction system: CCD high-precision recognition

The deviation correction module is equipped with an imported CCD optical line controller, which scans the edge of the film material and the printing positioning point in real time, and can automatically correct the deviation with an accuracy of ±0.05mm. It is particularly suitable for pattern positioning films (such as positioning graphic breathable films, drug packaging films) and multi-layer composite film tape control.


3. Strong adaptability to multiple materials: both thick and thin can be cut

High Speed Slitting Machine supports high-speed slitting of various rolls such as PE, breathable film, OPP, CPP, PET, NWF, etc. The material weight adaptation range is 12~100g/㎡, the minimum slitting width is 50mm, and the maximum can reach 1200mm. It is suitable for the processing of conventional sanitary films and wide-width packaging rolls.


4. Low-tension slip axis winding: smooth winding

The slip axis and the automatic pressure difference control roller jointly construct a closed-loop tension control system. The system can achieve 1~5N low-tension winding, prevent thin materials such as breathable film from wrinkling and slipping, ensure neat winding and flush edges, and improve downstream lamination and bonding efficiency.


5. Automatic loading and unloading system: saving manpower

The High Speed Slitting Machine can be equipped with an automatic unloading device, which uses hydraulic lifting and conveying platform to realize the automatic lowering, discharge and shaft change of full roll without manual intervention, saving 2~3 people per shift and improving roll change efficiency by more than 30%.

High Speed Slip Differential Shaft Slitting Machine Care and Maintenance

1. Daily maintenance of the tool system

After stopping the machine every day, the circular knife or flat knife blade needs to be cleaned to avoid film chips accumulation affecting the cutting accuracy. It is recommended to check the sharpness of the blade every 5000 meters. If burrs or wrinkles appear, the blade should be replaced immediately. The blade replacement cycle is recommended to be no more than once a week, and it should be adjusted appropriately according to the thickness of the material.


2. Calibration of the correction system

The CCD tracking system should be calibrated with a baseline self-check with white or bright film materials every day. The optical lens needs to be cleaned every 100 hours of use to prevent dust from interfering with the recognition accuracy. If there is a deviation delay, the system logic and feedback control delay should be checked, and the reference reference point should be reset.


3. Tension and slip axis detection

The dancing roller tension detector should be calibrated with a test tape once a week for the tension feedback value to ensure that the error is within ±0.5N. The slip axis needs to be lubricated every month, and the inner shaft spring and rubber ring should be checked for wear or offset, and replaced in time to avoid uneven winding.


4. Control system and drive maintenance

Siemens SIMATIC main control system recommends that program backup and control logic cleaning be performed once a quarter to avoid parameter loss after abnormal power failure. The servo drive should be checked by a professional electrician every year for loose wiring, insulation value changes, and control voltage fluctuations.


5. Automatic unloading module maintenance

The lifting sensitivity of the automatic unloading hydraulic platform should be tested before daily use to ensure that the descent time is controlled within ≤8 seconds. After every 5,000 roll changes, the hydraulic system should be tested for pressure relief and the seal ring should be replaced to avoid slow lifting or oil leakage.
