MLS High-Speed Gravure Printing Machine Care and Maintenance

1. Printing roller cleaning and scraper replacement

After daily shutdown, the printing plate roller should be thoroughly cleaned with professional solvent to prevent the ink from drying. The scraper is recommended to be replaced every 200 hours of operation to ensure uniform scraping and prevent ink accumulation or leakage.


2. Calibration of tension control system

The tension sensor needs to be calibrated once a month through the software interface, and the servo motor drive needs to be checked for synchronization to ensure stable feeding under low tension conditions, especially for easily deformed substrates such as breathable membranes.


3. Drying system filter cleaning and air duct inspection

The air energy drying system needs to clean the filter every 500 hours of operation to prevent dust clogging and affect the hot air efficiency. At the same time, regularly check whether the error of the air duct temperature control probe exceeds the limit to ensure consistent temperature distribution.


4. Lubrication and inspection of automatic material connection and change module

It is recommended to lubricate and check the pneumatic knife and push-pull guide rail in the material connection and change system every 1,000 rolls to avoid action jams and material change failures, while maintaining the sensitivity of the sensor.


5. Diagnosis of the operation of the overprint servo system
