Plastic Film Roll Printing Machine consists of an automatic unwinding system, a tension control system, a guide correction module, a color printing unit, an ink path system, a hot air drying area, an automatic winding system and an electric control console. The full range of Plastic Film Roll Printing Machine is equipped with a servo-driven closed-loop overprinting system, and with a high-definition correction module, the color registration accuracy of the whole machine is ≤±0.1mm. It uses the JW-YS1350DZ model with a 6-color ink system, with an annual production capacity of more than 4,000 tons, ensuring consistent bottom film printing patterns and bright colors.


2. Buenos Aires Adult Care Products Packaging Film Printing Center, Argentina

JW-YS1750DZ Plastic Film Roll Printing Machine is used for printing PE film on the outer packaging of adult diapers in this project. The customer is a local OEM enterprise that manufactures for Essity. ELS High-speed Gravure Printing Machine Care and Maintenance

1. Daily cleaning of the printing system

After the production is completed every day, professional cleaning fluid should be used to thoroughly clean the plate roller, ink scraper, and ink guide pipe. Especially when using the water-based ink system, the ink must be prevented from drying. It is recommended to perform deep ink circulation cleaning once a week.


2. Regular calibration of the tension module

It is recommended to calibrate the tension controller after every 1000 hours of operation, and check whether the tension feedback encoder and the air shaft are synchronized to avoid printing deviation or film breakage due to tension fluctuations.


3. Hot air circulation inspection of the drying system

Check the working efficiency of the air energy heating element and the fan once a quarter, and clean the dust accumulation inside the air duct to prevent affecting the hot air flow rate and temperature control accuracy, and ensure that the ink layer dries quickly without sticking.


4. Lubrication and maintenance of the automatic roll-changing system

All splicing knives and roll slides need to be filled with special lubricating oil once a month to keep them flexible and mobile, ensure smooth splicing and roll-changing movements, and check the sensitivity of the sensor switch.


5. Error correction of the overprint servo system

It is recommended to perform an error compensation test of the servo overprint system every 1500 hours of operation, and fine-tune the color group registration through the main control system to ensure that the accuracy is maintained within ±0.1mm for a long time to avoid visual pattern deviation affecting the end user experience.
