Can Live Insects Enter Sanitary Pads, Diapers And Other Products During The Production Process?
After more than 30 years of development, the production technology and technical level of China's sanitary pads, diapers and other products have reached the international advanced level. Domestic enterprises generally adopt automated, high-speed, and closed production lines, with strict cleaning and disinfection measures for factories and production equipment. The production of sanitary pads, diapers and other products undergoes processes such as high-speed reel operation, high-temperature spraying, and high-pressure embossing, and is also equipped with high-resolution visual inspection systems that can automatically monitor and remove products with stains and foreign objects. The possibility of live insects entering the production process and surviving in the finished products is extremely low. In addition, the raw materials of sanitary pads, diapers and other products, such as the non-woven fabric of the surface layer, the fluff pulp in the absorbent core, and the polymer water-absorbent resin, do not contain the nutrients needed for the survival of live insects, so insects cannot survive under such conditions at all.
It should also be reminded that since most of the materials used in sanitary pads, diapers and other products have good water absorption, they are easy to absorb moisture in the air and get damp. Therefore, it is recommended not to place the opened products in a humid environment for a long time to avoid dampness and mold. After opening the whole package, it is best to use it up within 2 to 3 months to ensure safe use.
