Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine consists of an automatic unwinding system, a hot melt glue gluing system, a constant temperature glue machine, a laminating unit, an automatic tension control module, a winding system and an independent electronic control system. 1. Accurate gluing control to ensure product consistency

Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine is equipped with a high-precision metering roller + scraping system to ensure that the glue coating amount is stable within the range of 2~15g/m², adapting to the softness and bonding strength requirements of different products, maintaining a uniform composite layer structure, consistent product feel, and no glue leakage or glue accumulation problems.


2. Intelligent servo tension to improve operating stability

Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine uses a full servo motor to control the unwinding, laminating and winding tension. The tension accuracy can reach ±0.3N, which can adapt to the thickness change and micro-stretching control of materials under high-speed operation, avoid wrinkles or blistering of materials, and improve the flatness of finished products.


3. Environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive system, no solvent residue

Using 100% solid hot melt adhesive, no solvent is required, the melting point is controlled at 130~170°C, no VOC is generated, no drying process is required, and it complies with European and American environmental regulations. It is an ideal choice to replace solvent glue and is suitable for products with high requirements for odor and hygiene level.


4. High compatibility structure, adaptable to a variety of materials

Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine can handle a variety of composite materials, such as PE film, breathable film, spunbond non-woven fabric, hot air non-woven fabric, etc. The maximum composite material width can reach 2400mm, which meets the needs of customer groups with different sizes and facilitates product diversification development.

This project is customized by our company for Unicharm China factory. The Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine is specially used for the hot melt adhesive lamination of PE bottom film and non-woven fabrics. The annual output exceeds 8,000 tons and is used for the manufacture of middle and bottom materials of baby diapers.


2. Jakarta sanitary napkin packaging film laminating factory in Indonesia

The customer selected the Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine to provide the bottom film and outer wrapping film laminating service for Whisper India series of female sanitary napkins. Hot-Melt Laminating Machine Care and Maintenance

1. Daily cleaning and replacement of the melt glue system

After the daily operation, a special glue remover should be used to clean the melt glue tank and the gluing system pipeline to prevent residual glue crystallization from clogging the nozzle. It is recommended to replace the melt glue filter every 500 hours of operation to extend the service life of the Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine.


2. Gluing unit roller maintenance

Regularly (once a week) check the coating roller and metering roller for impurities or adhesive residues. Use a high-temperature resistant cleaning cloth when cleaning to prevent affecting the uniformity of gluing or surface contamination of the product.


3. Calibration and lubrication of the tension system

The encoders, synchronous pulleys, and sliding bearings of the unwinding and rewinding tension systems need to be lubricated every month, and a tension self-calibration procedure needs to be performed to ensure that the material is not skewed or loose during high-speed operation.


4. Regular inspection of the temperature control module

The heating module of the melter and the gluing head needs to be tested for temperature control accuracy once a quarter to ensure that the temperature control system fluctuates no more than ±1°C. If a temperature difference is found, the temperature control probe or heater needs to be replaced in time.


5. Maintenance of the electronic control system and PLC software

It is recommended to upgrade the firmware and check the IO interface of the PLC control system every six months, especially the key program points such as the gluing amount adjustment and defect detection module, to ensure the accuracy of the control logic and the system response speed.
