Maintenance of optical components of the correction system

It is recommended to wipe the CCD sensor and its light source mirror with a clean dust-free cloth every 100 hours of operation to prevent dust from blocking the image recognition deviation. If the error is found to increase, the automatic correction procedure should be repeated.


Servo drive unit heat dissipation monitoring

Check the internal temperature of the servo motor and control cabinet once a month, keep the cooling fan unobstructed, and remove dust from the surface of the controller. If the operating temperature exceeds 50°C, it is recommended to replace the fan or install an auxiliary cooling device.


Tension detection sensor sensitivity adjustment

Perform a tension sensor sensitivity test once a quarter to keep its detection error within ±0.05N. If there is a large tension fluctuation, the sensor head should be replaced or the PID control parameters should be recalibrated.


Lubrication of winding bearing and mechanical clearance check
