Correction system light source inspection and correction
The CCD correction system needs to detect the light source intensity and focus deviation once a month. If the light intensity is lower than the standard value of 75lux, the LED light source module should be replaced in time to ensure the accuracy of material edge capture.
Tension system cylinder and pressure detection maintenance
It is recommended to check the tension control cylinder for air leakage or action delay every 500 hours, and calibrate the pressure regulating valve to keep the system working pressure within the range of 0.5Mpa~0.6Mpa.
