Regularly clean the hot melt adhesive coating head
The surface of the coating head needs to be cleaned with a fiber-free cloth every week to prevent nozzle clogging and glue overflow. Especially in the continuous production process, it is recommended to clean after each shift to extend the life of the nozzle and ensure coating uniformity.
Check the accuracy of the temperature control system
The multi-point temperature sensing system needs to be checked monthly to ensure that the heating range of the hot melt adhesive is always within the set temperature ±3℃ to avoid carbonization of the glue or loose bonding due to temperature control fluctuations.
Maintain the synchronization of the unwinding/rewinding shafts
The synchronous control mechanism of the unwinding and rewinding devices needs to be checked regularly to ensure that the servo motor and the encoder work in coordination. Every quarter, it is necessary to check whether the synchronization error is less than ±2mm to ensure that the material bonding is always in a tension balance state.
Replace the filter system and regular inspection of the melt tank
