1. Regular cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment of printing rollers
After using the printing roller, the surface ink residue should be removed immediately with a special cleaning agent to prevent the ink from drying and affecting the next printing accuracy. Use anti-rust oil to apply to the roller axis area every month to avoid corrosion caused by moisture and causing roller deflection or jumping.
2. Calibration of the tension control system
It is recommended to check the output accuracy of the tension sensor and tension controller every three weeks to ensure that the tension response of each section is consistent. Especially after changing the type of material, the tension curve should be reset to prevent the material from running off.
3. Cleaning of the drying system filter
