PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

High Speed Gravure Printing Machine consists of an automatic unwinding device, a registration control system, multiple printing units, a drying system, an automatic winding system, an electronic control system, and a tension control module. The exterior adopts a closed modular structure, combining industrial aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials, and is sprayed with a corrosion-resistant coating. It can use water-based or oil-based inks for high-speed printing, and the maximum color group supports 10 colors. It is a high-precision printing device developed for flexible materials such as breathable films and PE cast films.

High Speed Gravure Printing Machine is compatible with water-based ink and ink printing solutions, with independent ink/water-based ink channels and anti-sedimentation stirring systems, suitable for environmentally friendly water-based inks or traditional solvent-based inks. The printing medium can be quickly switched according to customer needs, reducing the cleaning time by 30%.

The High Speed Gravure Printing Machine is available in three models: Each model supports printing roller diameters from Ф120mm to Ф300mm, with a maximum printing speed of 250m/min (150m/min ), which can meet the customized printing needs of different wide-format products.


3. Precise overprint control: error less than ±0.1mm

The High Speed Gravure Printing Machine is equipped with a closed-loop servo overprint system, combined with a pattern fixed length detection system, to achieve multi-color high-speed overprinting with a maximum error of ≤±0.1mm. Even on easily deformable materials such as PE breathable film, the printed image position consistency and high alignment accuracy can be maintained.


4. Low tension system: suitable for flexible film printing

The High Speed Gravure Printing Machine uses an independent tension module to control the tension of the unwinding, printing and rewinding areas. The unwinding tension is as low as 2.5N, which can prevent the film from wrinkling, tearing and pulling. It is especially suitable for the precise printing of ultra-thin PE film or microporous breathable film with a gram weight of less than 12g/㎡.


5. High-efficiency air drying: energy saving and environmental protection

The standard air-energy hot air drying system uses intelligent constant temperature control technology to achieve rapid ink drying in an energy-saving state. Each color group drying channel is equipped with a separate air duct and return air filtration system to ensure that the ink layer is fully dried and non-sticky.

Both unwinding and rewinding support automatic material connection and roll changing functions, with a maximum roll diameter of Φ800mm. Mechanical Line Shaft High-Speed Gravure Printing Machine Care and Maintenance

1. Regular cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment of printing rollers

After using the printing roller, the surface ink residue should be removed immediately with a special cleaning agent to prevent the ink from drying and affecting the next printing accuracy. Use anti-rust oil to apply to the roller axis area every month to avoid corrosion caused by moisture and causing roller deflection or jumping.


2. Calibration of the tension control system

It is recommended to check the output accuracy of the tension sensor and tension controller every three weeks to ensure that the tension response of each section is consistent. Especially after changing the type of material, the tension curve should be reset to prevent the material from running off.


3. Cleaning of the drying system filter

After every 100 hours of operation, check whether the filter of the drying air duct is blocked. It is recommended to use a high-pressure air gun to blow the filter clean. If the filter accumulates too much dust, it is easy to cause insufficient hot air volume, incomplete drying of the ink layer, and affect the printing adhesion and the neatness of the winding.


4. Maintenance of the ink pump and ink supply system

The ink pump should avoid continuous idling during operation. Replace the sealing ring and lubricate the shaft after every 300 hours of operation to prevent ink leakage or abnormal noise. The ink supply pipeline should be cleaned once a week, using warm water or specified solvents to avoid ink crystallization and poor ink supply.


5. Inspection of the automatic roll changing device

The electric eye sensors at the unwinding and winding ends should be wiped once a week to ensure accurate automatic calibration; the cutter replacement cycle is controlled to be changed every 60,000 meters to avoid burrs when cutting the film. Keep the film-cutting tape clean and sticky to ensure efficient roll change.
