1. Regular cleaning of the roller and the embossing roller

After each shift, the ink layer on the surface of the roller and the embossing roller should be thoroughly cleaned with a non-corrosive cleaning fluid to prevent the ink from drying up. Check the axis once a week for wear and deflection, and keep its circular runout ≤0.02mm.


2. Tension system calibration and sensor maintenance

It is recommended to conduct joint adjustment tests between the tension sensor and the PLC closed-loop system every week to ensure that the tension curve of each section is stable. When changing different substrates, the initial tension value of unwinding/rewinding should be reset, and the tension curve should be recorded for the next call.


3. Dust removal and temperature control detection of the drying system

The air-energy drying module needs to be cleaned once every 500 hours of operation, and the filter element should be cleaned with compressed air. The hot air thermostat is calibrated once a month to ensure that the error between the output air temperature and the set temperature is controlled within ±2°C.


4. Flushing and maintenance of the ink system

It is recommended to perform a weekly cycle flushing of the ink pump, ink tank and ink delivery hose, using the specified ink cleaning agent. If the shutdown exceeds 24 hours, the ink system should be emptied and sealed with inert gas to prevent ink precipitation or clogging.


5. Maintenance of automatic roll-changing knives and sensors

The pneumatic cutters in the rewinding and unwinding area should be kept sharp, and the blades should be replaced after every 50,000 meters of film material is processed; the automatic splicing sensor eye should be wiped clean every day to avoid roll-changing errors caused by dust obstruction, and ensure that the splicing accuracy rate is ≥98%.
