PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

MDO Stretching Group Machine is a high-performance film processing equipment, which is mainly used to heat the film to the elastic critical point and then stretch it in one direction. The external structure includes a preheating roller group, a stretching roller group, a shaping annealing roller group, a cooling roller group and a feeding chain mechanism, and is equipped with an independent temperature control system and a multi-axis drive system.

MDO Stretching Group Features

1. Precise temperature control to improve molecular orientation efficiency

MDO Stretching Group Machine is equipped with 6 sets of preheating rollers, 6 sets of annealing rollers and 2 sets of cooling rollers. Each roller is equipped with an independent temperature control system with a temperature control accuracy of up to ±0.5°C. Ensure that the film is heated evenly at each stage, maximize the activation of molecular chain activity, and provide a stable foundation for subsequent stretching.


2. High-multiple stretching to improve the physical properties of the film

MDO Stretching Group Machine can achieve a maximum longitudinal stretching ratio of 10 times, effectively improving the mechanical strength, stiffness and air permeability of the film. High-multiple orientation improves the molecular arrangement direction of the film, making the finished product significantly better than the unstretched film in terms of tear resistance and stretch resistance.


3. Adjustable stretching gap to adapt to various original film thicknesses

MDO Stretching Group Care and Maintenance

1. Periodic inspection of each section temperature control system

It is recommended to check the heating unit of each roller every two weeks to ensure that the accuracy of the temperature control module sensor remains within ±1°C. Regularly check whether the heating element has carbonized scale to prevent local overheating from affecting the performance of the film.


2. Servo drive mechanism lubrication and calibration

Every 1000 hours of operation, all servo motors should be lubricated and refilled, and the synchronization accuracy of each motor should be calibrated through the main control system to ensure the consistency of roller speed and reduce the tension fluctuation caused by the speed difference during the film stretching process.


3. Cleaning and coating maintenance of stretching rollers

5. Electrical stability inspection of the control system
